Pizza in 5 minutes without dough: how to cook

Pizza is the simplest dough dish that can be prepared with various toppings. Any ingredients can be used for the toppings, and simple pita bread can be used instead of dough.
Cook Polina shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pizza in 5 minutes, made without dough, with pita bread.
Ingredients:
- round pita bread/pizza base – 1 pc.
- spinach
- cherry tomatoes – 3 pcs.
- ham – 4 slices
- mozzarella cheese – 50 g
- tomato paste – 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, and put pita bread.
2. Spread the pita bread with tomato paste, and top with ham, chopped tomatoes, and spinach.
3. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes to melt the cheese well.
Cut the pizza hot and serve.
