A dish that almost everyone can cook is pizza. The basis of any pizza is a delicious and successful dough, which can even be replaced with pita bread. For the toppings, you can use any products you like.
Cook Yuliia shared on Instagram a recipe for homemade pizza with liquid dough that turns out to be very successful.
Ingredients:
- sour cream – 5 tbsp.
- mayonnaise – 5 tbsp.
- flour – 9 tbsp.
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- baking powder – 0.5 tsp.
- salt – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Dough: combine sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and mix thoroughly. The dough will be liquid.
2. Put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment to form a pizza base. Spread the ketchup over the dough and add any toppings you like, then sprinkle with cheese.
3. Put the pizza in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes at 190 C.
Serve hot pizza!
