Pizza is a very satisfying and tasty dish that can be made from both dough and pita bread. You can use any product for the toppings, even eggs and vegetables.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and very quick pizza made with eggs, tortilla, cheese, and vegetables on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • boiled fillet - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 150 g
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • tomato - 1 pc.
  • tortilla - 2 pcs.
  • greens - a bunch
  • butter - 10 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat 3 eggs and cut chicken fillet.

2. Melt a piece of butter in a frying pan. Add tortilla, egg, fillet, herbs and cheese on top. Cover with a lid.

3. Let the egg cook on low heat under a lid and turn the pizza over. Top with bell pepper and tomato and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let the cheese melt.
