No baking: tangerine tiramisu without alcohol and coffee for the holiday table
Tiramisu is a delicious, delicate and very easy-to-prepare dessert. It can be prepared with alcohol, coffee, as well as citrus fruits, pumpkin, and berries.
Cook Polina shared a recipe for a delicious tangerine tiramisu on Instagram, which is very tender and light.
Ingredients:
- tangerines - 300 g
- sugar - 20-50 g
- egg yolks - 2 pcs.
- powdered sugar - 50 g
- mascarpone - 250 g
- cream 30% - 250 ml
- Savoyardi biscuits - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and beat tangerines in a blender bowl. Pour into a saucepan, add sugar and put on fire. Stir, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Pour into a plate and cool.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks with the powdered sugar and put in a water bath for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Then beat with a mixer until white. Add mascarpone and mix until smooth.
4. In a separate bowl, whip the very cold cream to stiff peaks (it is better to put it in the freezer for 10 minutes before whipping). Transfer the cream to the curd mass and mix gently until smooth.
5. Assemble the dessert in the mold: put savoiardi cookies and dip them in tangerine juice for 3-4 seconds. Spread the cream on top and assemble the dessert until you run out of ingredients. The last layer should be cream. Smooth the top, garnish with tangerines, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Put in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
