Ingredients:
- young cabbage – 400g
- cucumber – 2 pcs.
Dressing:
- avocado – 1 pc.
- greens (parsley, spinach, basil - any) – 30 g
- olive oil – 3 tbsp.
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- water – 2 tbsp
- salt – 1/2 tsp.
- nuts – 15 g
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage, and dice the cucumbers.

2. For the dressing: combine the peeled avocado, herbs, lemon juice, water, salt, nuts, and olive oil. Blend everything in a blender and dress the salad.
