Mimosa Salad is a salad that is loved by almost everyone, and it is prepared very quickly and from budget products. It is worth noting that canned fish can be replaced with baked mackerel or smoked fish.

Chef Oleh shared on Instagram a recipe for Mimosa with smoked fish, iceberg lettuce, and sweet chili sauce that will be very tasty and unusual.

Ingredients:

  • baked potatoes - 4-5 pcs.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • iceberg lettuce
  • hot smoked fish - 400 g
  • hard cheese - 200 g
  • mayonnaise
  • sweet chili sauce - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Grate potatoes, boiled eggs and cheese.

2. Tear the fish by hand, and remove the bones.

3. Sauce: mix mayonnaise with sweet chili sauce.

4. Assemble the salad: grated potatoes, sauce, fish, sauce, chopped iceberg, sauce, grated eggs, sauce, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
