Mimosa salad in a new way: sharing an original recipe for a delicious salad
Mimosa is one of the simplest, most budget-friendly, tasty, and yet elementary salads to prepare. In its classic version, it is based on canned fish, which can be replaced with baked mackerel, and will also be delicious with canned tuna.
Cook Olena shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious Mimosa salad in a new way, without sardines, with tuna, which is prepared very quickly.
Ingredients:
- Carrots - 2 pcs.
- Potatoes - 2 pcs.
- Tuna - 220 g
- Cheese - 200 g
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Onion - half
- Mayonnaise - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the vegetables, cool, peel and grate. Finely chop the onion.
2. Put the potatoes on the first layer, smooth and brush with mayonnaise, sprinkle with onions, then put the tuna on the onions, salt and brush with mayonnaise. Put the carrots on top and spread with mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese and brush with mayonnaise again.
3. Boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks, and grate them separately. Put the whites on the cheese, spread with mayonnaise and smooth with a spoon.
