  • pork fillet - 5 steaks
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • sour cream - 4-5 tbsp.
  • mustard - 1-2 tsp.
  • tomato - 2 pcs.
  • hard cheese - 150 g
  • potatoes - 4 pcs.
  • salt, spices for meat
  • oil

Method of preparation:

1. Season each piece of meat with salt and spices. Fry over high heat until golden brown on both sides (a minute or less).

2. Fry onion sliced in half rings together with the meat. Put it all in a baking dish.

Sauce for the dish

3. Mix sour cream with mustard and brush each piece of meat with the sauce. Top with tomato slices.


4. Grate raw potatoes and cheese separately on a fine grater. Cover the tomatoes with this "fur coat" and bake for an hour at 180 C. You can add chopped herbs before serving!
