Meat and pickle salad for dinner: a recipe for a hearty and delicious dish

Salads can be made from any vegetable, as well as from herbs, boiled eggs, cheese, and pickles. For a more substantial version, add seafood, herring, meat, mushrooms, and legumes.

The chef shared a recipe for a delicious meat salad with pickles, red onions, and flavorful oil on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • beef or veal - 500 g
  • red onion - 1 pc.
  • pickled cucumbers - 4-5 pcs.
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • garlic 2 cloves.
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Boil meat. Tear or cut it.

2. Chop cucumbers and onions.

3. Fry whole garlic and bay leaf in oil.

4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, drizzle with oil, and mix.
