Lush and healthy pumpkin and apple pancakes in 10 minutes: the easiest recipe
Fluffy pancakes can be made with kefir or sour cream, and to make them fluffy, add baking soda or baking powder to the dough. For a brighter flavor, you can add apples, berries, pumpkin, as well as minced meat, cabbage, and any cheese to the dough.
- Warm kefir - 350 ml
- Wheat flour - 180 g
- Soda - 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder - 2 g
- Egg - 1 pc
- Apple - 1 pc
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Pumpkin puree - 100 g
- Salt - a pinch
- Cinnamon, cloves, dry ginger to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients.
2. Peel and grate the apple, add warm yogurt, 1 egg, grated apple, pumpkin puree and oil to the dry ingredients, mix until smooth.
3. Fry in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil over medium heat on both sides.
Serve with sour cream, honey or your favorite jam!
