Boiled tongue can be a great alternative to meat for making delicious salads and appetizers. It goes well with fresh and cooked vegetables, as well as sauces and greens.

Cook Inna shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious tongue salad with peas, pickles, and mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • Pork tongue - 1 pc.
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Pickles - 2 pcs.
  • Pickled onions - 1 pc.
  • Canned peas - 1 tin
  • Mayonnaise.

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the tongue, cut into cubes along with pickles.

2. Marinate the onion.

3. Grate the eggs.

4. Mix everything, season with mayonnaise and mix.
