Light Chinese cabbage salad for every day: what to add to the dish for a bright taste
Chinese cabbage is an ideal ingredient for making light, healthy, and delicious salads. It is worth noting that it goes well with fish, fillets, seafood, vegetables, herbs, and cheese and sauces.
Cook Anna shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, light salad with Chinese cabbage, tuna, and eggs, which would be a perfect lunch dish.
Ingredients:
- Chinese cabbage/lettuce/iceberg/arugula
- Tuna – 100 g
- Cherry or ordinary tomatoes – 4-5 pcs.
- cucumbers
- pepper
- eggs – 2 pcs.
Sauce:
- olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- mustard – 1/2 tsp.
- soy sauce – 1 tsp.
- pomegranate seeds
- teriyaki sauce
- lemon juice
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the cabbage finely, and wash the arugula.
2. Boil and chop the eggs together with the tomatoes, cucumbers, and pepper.
3. Sauce: mix all ingredients.
4. Assemble the salad: put the chopped ingredients, and tuna in oil in a bowl and pour the sauce over it, mix well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
