Ingredients:
- Minced pork – 500 g
- Cabbage half a head (medium in size)
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Cooked rice 1 cup
- Salt, pepper – to taste
Filling:
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Homemade tomato – 700 ml (sometimes I take tomato paste, mix it with sour cream 1:1 and 1 glass of water)
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the minced meat with onions, and grated carrots, add egg, cabbage, boiled rice, salt, and pepper, and mix it.
