Juicy chicken kebab in bacon for dinner: a recipe from the cook

Chicken kebab is one of the most delicious meat dishes. To make the meat juicy and tender, it needs to be properly marinated.

Chef Valerii Ponomar shared a recipe for a delicious, juicy bacon-wrapped chicken kebab on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken thigh fillet – 1 kg
  • Bacon – 600-700 g
  • Onions – 3 pcs.
  • Rosemary – 2 sprigs
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Black pepper – 1/2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. At the thigh, cut the thick part in the form of a book and beat off a little with a hammer, just a little, to align one plane of the meat.

2. Marinate the thighs for at least 1 hour, better to leave for a few hours.

3. Put the bacon on the plastic wrap and overlap each strip by 1/2 cm.

4. Put two fillets on one roll, and wrap it tightly and carefully.

5. Thread 2-2.5 cm on the skewers, the skewers should be vertical to the lying rolls. And cut each skewer separately. Cook on the coals for 15-18 minutes!
