Instead of bread: Indian naan bread made from water and flour – recipe
If you have flour and water, you can easily make an alternative to bread – a flatbread. You don't need yeast, milk, eggs, or oil.
Culinary expert Pavlo Servetnyk shared a recipe on Instagram for a lean Indian naan bread, which is based on flour and water and can be spread with butter.
Ingredients
- flour – 450 g
- water – 225 g
- salt – 10 g
- butter –10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Be sure to sift the flour through a sieve.
2. In a bowl, combine the flour, water, and salt, mixing until the dough is not runny.
3. Then wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
4. Divide the finished dough into equal pieces, roll it out, and brush each with butter.
5. Roll them first into a roll, then into a snail, roll them out again, and fry them in a pan.
