Hungarian chicken with spicy sauce: a recipe for a hearty snack
Chicken meat, according to experts, is considered dietary and at the same time, you can cook a lot of tasty and satisfying dishes from it, from cutlets to chops, salads, spreads, and twists.
Cook Iryna shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious chicken with sauce and vegetables, which is very juicy and soft.
Ingredients:
- 4-6 chicken thighs
- 2-3 tbsp. l. oil
- 1 large onion
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 1 tbsp. l. paprika
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp of flour
- salt, black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the chicken thighs in a little oil until golden brown on both sides.
2. In the same skillet, fry the chopped onion and garlic until golden brown. Add the chopped pepper and simmer until all the moisture has evaporated. Finally, add the flour and fry for about 1 minute over low heat.
3. Grate the tomatoes and pour the tomato mixture into the pan. Add salt, black pepper and a little water if necessary. Put the thighs in the skillet, pour the sauce over them, cover and simmer for 40-60 minutes over low heat.
Sprinkle with herbs when serving!
