Every housewife often faces such a problem as dirty pots, which are easier to throw away than to wash. But, there are home remedies without a gram of chemicals that can quickly wash even the oldest soot and grease stains.

The FoodOboz editorial team has compiled a list of the three best and most effective home remedies for washing pots, the ingredients for which are available at home.

1. Baking soda and vinegar

All you need to do is pour baking soda on the spot and pour vinegar over it, wait 10 minutes, and wipe it off with a stiff sponge. Be sure to wash with running water several times afterward.

These two products can be applied to any type of pot.

2. Vinegar

Vinegar can be used to clean stainless steel products. Apply it to a soft sponge and wipe the dirty cookware well. Then rinse the cookware well with water and dry it.

3. Lemon juice or citric acid

To clean the pan from carbon deposits, pour water into it, boil it, add citric acid, and boil the resulting solution for another 15 minutes. As it softens, scrape off the carbon with a spatula.

And then wash well to keep the bottom clean.
