Tip: to quickly cook fish without a frying pan, roll it in flour and put it on a baking sheet, bake for about 10 minutes at 180C!
Ingredients:
- flour – 100 g
- salt – 1 tsp.
- paprika – 1 tsp.
- pepper – 1/2 tsp.
- sunflower oil
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry the fish, add salt and paprika.
2. Dredge in flour, put on a baking sheet with sunflower oil, and bake in the oven until tender.
