Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- flour
- breadcrumbs
- salt, pepper - to taste
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Cut chicken fillet into pieces. Cover the board with cling film, put fillet, put the film on it and gently pound. Add salt and pepper.
2. Dip chops in flour, in beaten eggs and then in breadcrumbs. Fry immediately on medium heat on both sides.
