How to dye eggs for the Easter table with red cabbage
Easter eggs can be dyed with safe homemade dyes, such as beets, carrots, as well as onion peel, turmeric, and karkade tea.
The cook shared the technology for dyeing Easter eggs with red cabbage on Instagram.
Ingredients:
For the blue color:
- 1 liter of water
- 1/3 of the purple cabbage
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the cabbage, put it in a saucepan, add the eggs and cook for 15 minutes from boiling and leave overnight.
2. Then remove the eggs and leave to dry on a paper towel.
