The cook shared the technology for dyeing Easter eggs with red cabbage on Instagram.

Ingredients:

For the blue color:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 1/3 of the purple cabbage
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the cabbage, put it in a saucepan, add the eggs and cook for 15 minutes from boiling and leave overnight.

 

2. Then remove the eggs and leave to dry on a paper towel.
