Mackerel can be grilled, baked, salted, and marinated. The most important thing is to choose fresh and high-quality fish.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious pickled mackerel, which is prepared in a bag and can be eaten in 12 hours.
Ingredients:
- 1 mackerel
- a handful of salt
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost and gut the mackerel, cut off the head, clean it from the black films and wash it well, dry it.
2. Put the fish in a plastic bag and rub it well with salt. Tie the bag and put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
3. After that, rinse the mackerel from the remaining salt and you can eat it!
