How to cook pork ribs deliciously so that they are not greasy: a recipe from Yevhen Klopotenko
Pork ribs are an ideal product for cooking delicious dishes, such as roasts and soup. They can also be cooked with various sauces, spices, vegetables, grilled and fried.
Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for delicious baked pork ribs in a tomato juice and prune sauce on his website.
Ingredients:
- pork ribs – 1 kg
- salt – 1.5 tsp
- thyme – 10 sprigs
- garlic – 1 head
- tomato juice – 500 ml
- prunes – 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the pork ribs well and clean them from films and excess fat.
2. Rub them all over with salt and sweet mustard.
3. Add the chopped garlic.
4. Put the prepared ribs in a baking dish and place 10 sprigs of thyme under them. Cook the ribs in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
5. Marinade: mix tomato juice and prunes in a bowl and blend until smooth.
6. Pour the tomato marinade over the roasted ribs and cook for another 3 hours at 140 C.
