How to cook hake deliciously: sharing the simplest recipe
Hake is a versatile fish that can be cooked in the oven or fried in a pan. It goes perfectly with vegetables and sauces.
Nutritionist Bohdana shared a recipe for a delicious baked hake with tomatoes, cheese, and spices on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Hake - 500 g
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Sour cream - 3-4 tbsp. l
- Mozzarella - 50 g
- Garlic, herbs, salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the onion, cut into rings. Put in a mold.
2. Peel, wash, chop the fish, put it on the onion, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic.
3. Spread the sour cream over the fish, put the sliced tomatoes on top and sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 C.
