How to cook hake deliciously: a recipe for a light dinner in 15 minutes
Hake is a very tasty and budget-friendly fish that can be baked, fried, stewed with vegetables and sauces.
Chef Valeriy Ponomar shared a recipe for delicious, baked hake with butter and basil on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Hake - 3 pcs.
- Butter - 100-150 g
- Basil - 1 tbsp.
- Garlic - 3 cloves.
- Salt, ground black pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Melt the butter in a water bath to make it easier to work with.
2. Chop the basil very finely, almost into porridge.
3. Pour the mixture over the fish and bake in a preheated oven to 180 C for exactly 15 minutes.
