How to cook fish to make it healthy and tasty: a recipe for dinner
According to experts, you should eat fish 2-3 times a week. To make it truly healthy, it is better to bake it rather than fry it. It is worth noting that it is best to eat fish with fresh or baked vegetables and herbs.

Ingredients:
- Dorado
- Capi pepper
- Lemon juice
- Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and clean the fish, pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Cut the lemon into two halves and pour one half over both sides of the fish. Season with salt and Italian herbs.
3. Grease the oven rack with oil and place a baking sheet under the bottom to allow the fish juices to drain onto it. Place the fish and peppers on the wire rack. Bake in the oven at 180 C with convection for 35 minutes.
When serving, pepper and drizzle with lemon juice!
