According to experts, fish should be in everyone's diet at least 2-3 times a week. To make the product healthy, it is better not to fry it but to bake it in the oven with vegetables, sauces and spices.

Ingredients:
- tilapia fillet
- salt and pepper
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Sprinkle fillet with spices and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
2. Drizzle with oil and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with herbs, vegetables and lemon juice!
