If you want to cook fish quickly and tasty without frying, you can simply bake it in the oven. To do this, spray the fish with oil before baking.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for baked capelin, which is cooked in the oven and will not have an unpleasant odor during cooking.
Ingredients:
- capelin - 1 kg
- wheat flour - 200 g
- salt - 2 tsp
- seasonings for fish - 1 tsp.
- pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil - to taste
- parchment
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost capelin in the refrigerator. Rinse and pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Put a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet and sprinkle it with oil.
3. Mix flour, salt, pepper and fish seasoning in a bowl. Dredge each fish in the mixture, put on a baking sheet and sprinkle with a little oil to make a golden crust during frying. Bake in the oven at 190-200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
