How to cook capelin deliciously in the oven

Ingredients:

  • Capelin - 1 kg
  • Wheat flour - 200 g
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Seasonings for fish - 1 tsp.
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - to taste
  • Parchment

Method of preparation:

1. Defrost the capelin in the refrigerator, rinse, and pat dry with a paper towel.

2. Put a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet, sprinkle with oil.

3. Mix the flour, salt, pepper and fish seasoning in a bowl. Dredge each fish in the mixture, put it on a baking sheet and sprinkle it with a little oil to make a golden crust during frying. Bake in the oven at 190-200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
