Ingredients:
- Fish fillet (pangasius) – 500 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Flour – 1 tbsp.
- Oil
- Salt, seasoning for fish
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the fish and cut it into pieces. Sprinkle each piece with seasoning and salt.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the flour, add a pinch of salt, and stir to avoid lumps.
3. Heat a frying pan, and add oil.
4. Dip each piece of fish in the batter and fry on both sides of the pan until cooked.
