Ingredients:
- hake - 3-4 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1-2 pcs.
- sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- spices for fish - to taste
- salt - a pinch
- tomato paste - 180 ml
- water
Method of preparation:
1. Wash, clean and cut the fish into medium-sized pieces.
2. Cut the onion into half rings, carrot into slices, pepper into cubes and fry until soft.
3. Add spices, tomato paste, mix.
4. Put the fish on top, cover with water and simmer until tender, covered, about 15-20 minutes.
