Pilaf can be cooked in a pot, frying pan, or multicooker. To prevent it from turning into porridge, you need to choose the right rice. Long-grain steamed rice is best.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious, crumbly pilaf with meat cooked in a multicooker on Instagram.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1 head
  • rice (long-grain, steamed) - 390 g
  • seasonings for pilaf - 12 g
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • water - 650 ml
  • vegetable oil - 45 ml (5-6 tbsp)

Method of preparation:

1️. Cut onions into large cubes and carrots into large strips. Add vegetable oil to the multicooker bowl, then chop the meat, onions and carrots into large pieces, and fry for 7-10 minutes. To make the meat tender, you need to pour hot water and simmer it for an hour.
