Ingredients:
- 1 cup of bulgur
- 2-2.5 cups of water
- 1 piece of onion
- two handfuls of frozen vegetables
- salt, pepper, turmeric, favorite seasonings
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the bulgur under running water. Put the frozen vegetables, chopped onion, and bulgur in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, and add your favorite seasonings.
2. Pour water, its volume should be 2-2.5 times more than bulgur. Cover with foil and put in a 180-degree oven for 40-45 minutes, open 10 minutes before the end.
