How to cook bulgur deliciously and correctly for a healthy and satisfying dinner: a recipe from a popular nutritionist
Bulgur is a very healthy and tasty cereal that can be the basis for cooking delicious porridges, soups, and can also be added to salads.
Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared a recipe for a delicious bulgur with vegetables, fillet, salt, and spices on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- bulgur - 200 g
- chicken fillet - 450 g
- onion - 120 g
- carrots - 260 g
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- salt and spices
Method of preparation:
1. Soak the bulgur for 30 minutes.
2. Finely chop the onion and fry it in a frying pan with oil. Add the carrots and fry for another 4-5 minutes.
3. Fry the chicken fillet with onions and carrots for 5-7 minutes, season with salt and spices.
4. Add the bulgur, cover with water and simmer under the lid for 20-25 minutes.
