According to experts, everyone should eat fish at least 2-3 times a week. It is best to eat fish cooked in the oven or boiled, so you can be sure of its safety.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked salmon in lemon sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 400-500 g of salmon fillet
- 50 g of butter
- lemon
- 2-3 tooth
- garlic
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fish into portions and place them in a baking dish.
2. Melt the butter and add the zest of one lemon and the juice of half a lemon, chopped garlic.
3. Brush the fish with lemon oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
