The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked salmon in lemon sauce on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 400-500 g of salmon fillet
  • 50 g of butter
  • lemon
  • 2-3 tooth
  • garlic
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fish into portions and place them in a baking dish.

2. Melt the butter and add the zest of one lemon and the juice of half a lemon, chopped garlic.

3. Brush the fish with lemon oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
