How to cook any perfect rice in a saucepan or pot
To make perfect rice, use 1 part rice and 2 parts water. Bring the water to a boil, add rice and let it boil for 5 minutes. Then turn off the heat, cover, and let it stand for about 15 minutes.
It is worth noting that for round-grain rice, the time should be reduced by 5 minutes, and for unpolished rice, on the contrary, it should be increased by 15 minutes.
