How to bake mackerel to make it juicy: sharing tips and a recipe
Mackerel is a very tasty, fatty and at the same time budget-friendly and healthy fish that can be baked or stewed with vegetables.

Method of preparation:
1. Pre-boil the potatoes until tender and put them in the bottom of the baking dish. Drizzle with oil, salt and spices. Add onions and tomatoes.
2. Make cuts in the mackerel fillet and season with salt and spices. Put the fish on the vegetables and be sure to pour lemon juice and oil. Cook in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 C.
