Chicken fillet is a dietary, very healthy, and tasty product that can be used to prepare many delicious dishes, such as cutlets, salads, kebabs, and chops, and it can also be baked. Sauces and honey will make the meat tender and juicy.

Recipe for fillet in sauce

Ingredients:

  • Fillets or thighs - 8 pcs.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Paprika - a pinch
  • Garlic - 1-2 cloves.
  • Basil, dried tomatoes - to taste
Vegetable oil
  • Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp.

Sauce:

  • Garlic - 1 tooth.

  • Soy sauce - 30 ml
  • Teriyaki sauce - 30 ml
  • Honey - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat, if it is fillet, salt and pepper, add garlic and oil, and mix well.

2. Put the meat in a baking dish and bake for 50 minutes at 180 C.

3. Sauce: grate or chop the garlic, put it in a frying pan, and fry, pour in soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and honey, and mix well.

4. Put the finished meat in a frying pan with the sauce and fry on both sides for 5 minutes.
