Ingredients:
- baguette – 1 pc.
- butter – 30-35 g
- hard cheese – 160 g
- garlic – 4 heads
- dill or parsley – 1 bunch
- salt – 1/2 tsp
- ground black pepper
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Cut off the top of the garlic, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap tightly in foil. Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.

2. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater, add finely chopped dill or parsley and transfer to the grated cheese. Squeeze the garlic into a bowl with the cheese and dill, add the butter and mash well with a fork.

3. Cut the baguette in half, spread with the filling, and place in a 180-degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
