Hearty homemade solyanka from everything in the fridge: the simplest recipe
Solyanka is a very satisfying and tasty dish based on smoked meat, sausage, bacon, as well as vegetables, pickles, and spices. You can cook it with olives and greens.
Cook Iryna shared a recipe for a delicious solyanka with sausage, fried meat, and pickles on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Smoked brisket - 200 g
- Smoked ribs - 300 g
- Smoked chicken fillet - 200 g
- Sausage - 200 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Salted cucumber - 1 pc.
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Olives - 10-15 pcs.
- Potatoes - 3 pcs.
- Lemon - 3 slices
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion, grate the carrots, finely chop the garlic, fry until golden brown. Add chopped bacon, ribs, brisket and sausage.
2. Chop the cucumbers, add the tomato paste and olives.
3. Boil the potatoes.
4. Add the roast to the boiled potatoes, bring to a boil, and add the lemon.
Serve the dish hot, add greens and sour cream.
