Healthy Rainbow salad from the most budget products for dinner: it is easy to prepare
Frozen asparagus, peppers, and corn are the best combination of ingredients for a healthy winter salad. Onions add a spicy flavor to this dish.
Cook Olga Matviy shared a recipe for a delicious and very healthy vegetable salad called Rainbow on her YouTube channel.
Ingredients:
- Asparagus beans - 150 g
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
- Pepper, paprika, Italian herbs
- Pork - 200 g
- Bell peppers of different colors - 2 pcs.
- Corn - 150 g
- Red onion - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the beans, cool and chop. Cut the pepper into strips.
2. Finely chop the pork. Marinate the onion.
4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt.
6. Mix the mayonnaise with the spices and season the salad, mix well.
You can eat the finished salad right away, or you can put it in the fridge for an hour!
