Healthy homemade pita chips: how to cook them properly in 15 minutes
Pita bread is an ideal product that can be the basis for making delicious pies, snacks, lasagna, pies. They can also be used to make homemade safe chips, snacks, and shawarma.
Culinarian Julia shared a recipe on Instagram for healthy pita chips that take just 15 minutes to make.
Ingredients:
- pita - 2 pcs.
- favorite spices (salt, paprika, Italian herbs)
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Slice the pita, add vegetable oil, spices and mix very well.
2. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Place the pita on a baking tray in an even layer and cook for 5 minutes, then roast for another 10 minutes.
Let them cool and serve!
