Ingredients:
- White fish fillet – 2 pcs.
- pumpkin – 100-150 g
- olive oil – to taste
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the pumpkin from the coarse skin, cut it into cubes, and place it on parchment.
2. Put the fish on top and drizzle with olive oil, pepper, salt, and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
It is better to serve the dish immediately – hot!
