Ingredients:
- cabbage - 1 kg
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- onion - 2 pcs.
- sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- vinegar - 70 ml
- vegetable oil - 70 ml
- salt - 70 ml
- sugar - 1.5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into half rings, pepper into strips.
2. Mix and add vinegar, oil, salt, sugar and mix well.
3. Put in jars and store in the refrigerator, but you can eat it right away.
