How to quickly prepare a cabbage salad

Ingredients:

  • cabbage - 1 kg
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • vinegar - 70 ml
  • vegetable oil - 70 ml
  • salt - 70 ml
  • sugar - 1.5 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into half rings, pepper into strips.
