  • asparagus - 100-200 g
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • butter - 20 g
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • parmesan cheese - 20 g
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and dry asparagus. Cut off dry ends. If the stems are thick, peel the skin from the bottom.
