Spring is the season of very healthy and tasty asparagus, which can be eaten raw, as well as boiled, baked, fried, and used as a filling for pies and pizzas. It also goes well with fruits and berries, so it can be an ideal vegetable for making light salads and snacks.

Cook Anastasia shared a recipe for delicious asparagus with Parmesan on Instagram, which is an ideal option for dinner and lunch.

Ingredients:

  • asparagus - 100-200 g
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • butter - 20 g
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • parmesan cheese - 20 g
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and dry asparagus. Cut off dry ends. If the stems are thick, peel the skin from the bottom.

2. Pour oil into a frying pan, add a whole clove of garlic, heat for about a minute and remove. Add a piece of butter and then the asparagus. Fry for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.

Put the cooked asparagus on a plate, season with salt, sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper and grated parmesan cheese. It will be very tasty and healthy!
