Healthy asparagus and parmesan for an easy dinner in 10 minutes: sharing the easiest recipe
Spring is the season for very healthy and tasty asparagus, which can be eaten raw, as well as boiled, baked, fried, made into soups, pies and pizza toppings. It also combines well with fruits and berries, so it can be an ideal vegetable for making light salads and appetizers.
Culinarian Anastasia shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious asparagus with parmesan that would be perfect for dinner and lunch.
- asparagus - 100-200 g
- olive oil - 1 tbsp.
- butter - 20 g
- garlic - 1 tooth.
- parmesan - 20 g
- lemon juice
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry the asparagus. Cut off the dry limbs, if the stems are thick, peel off the skin from underneath.
2. Pour oil into a frying pan, put a crushed whole garlic clove, heat for about a minute and take the garlic away. Add a piece of butter, melt, place asparagus, fry for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Place the cooked asparagus on a plate, season with salt, sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with pepper and grated Parmesan. It will be very tasty and healthy!
