Nutritionist Uzman Diyetisyen shared on Instagram a recipe for the most basic salad, which is made with cucumbers, dill and yogurt.

Ingredients:

  • yogurt without additives - 4 tbsp.
  • cucumber - 1 pc.
  • dill - bunch
  • corn - 3 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the cucumber into rings.

2. Shred the dill.

 

3. Place the yogurt, cucumbers, corn and dill on a plate and stir to combine.
