Fluffy cottage cheese casserole without flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder: a recipe for a quick snack

Cottage cheese casserole is a delicious and healthy dish that can be an alternative to any dessert. To make it fluffy, culinary experts advise choosing high-quality cottage cheese and not adding too many eggs to the base.
Food blogger Anastasia shared a recipe for a fluffy cottage cheese casserole with semolina and flourless on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 400-500 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- semolina - 2 tbsp. l.
- honey - 2 tsp.
- vanilla - a pinch
- berries, jam for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork or blend it with a blender, add semolina and leave for 20-30 minutes to swell.
2. Transfer to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 C.
Serve with berries, any jam!
