Fluffy cottage cheese casserole without flour and sugar for breakfast: how to replace the main ingredients
The best dish for a healthy, hearty, and delicious breakfast is a cottage cheese casserole. To make it fluffy and homogeneous, add eggs and sour cream to the base. Flour can be replaced with semolina and sugar with honey or sweetener.
Cook Polina shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, cottage cheese casserole with raisins and vanilla, made without sugar and flour.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 300 g
- eggs – 1 pc.
- semolina – 2 tbsp.
- sour cream – 3 tbsp.
- sweetener or honey – to taste
- vanilla – to taste
- raisins
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the cottage cheese with sugar, semolina, add eggs, sugar substitute, vanilla, and beat well until smooth.
2. Add the raisins to the finished mixture, which should be soaked in water for 10-15 minutes, and mix.
3. Put the finished dough into the mold and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 35-40 minutes.
When the crust is golden, turn off the oven, open the door slightly, and leave the casserole in the oven for another 10 minutes.
