Ingredients:

  • 1 freshly frozen mackerel
  • 2 eggs (boiled)
  • 1 carrot (baked or boiled)
  • 10 g of gelatin
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Fillet the mackerel. Clean from the bones.

2. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and sprinkle with gelatin.

3. Put grated carrots and an egg on one half, sprinkle with gelatin. Cover with the second fillet and wrap in cling film.

4. Put the roll in cold water, cook for 35-40 minutes, the roll should be completely immersed in water.

5. Afterwards, cool the roll and refrigerate for 12 hours.
