Cook Vita shared a recipe for a delicious mackerel roll with boiled eggs and carrots on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 freshly frozen mackerel
- 2 eggs (boiled)
- 1 carrot (baked or boiled)
- 10 g of gelatin
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut mackerel into fillets. Clean from the bones.
2. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and sprinkle with gelatin.
3. Put grated carrots and an egg on one half and sprinkle with gelatin. Cover with the second fillet and wrap in cling film.
4. Put the roll in cold water and cook for 35-40 minutes. The roll should be completely immersed in water.
5. Afterwards, cool the roll and refrigerate for 12 hours.
Cut and serve!
