If you want to make a very fast tasty, original, easy-to-make snack, take pita bread, and for the filling you can use any products. It is best to use seasonal vegetables, greens, cheese, and it will also be delicious with seafood, meat.
Culinarian Julia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pita appetizer, with spinach, cheese and lemon zest.
- ricotta - 250 g
- bunch of spinach
- thin pita bread - 1 pc.
- dried cranberries - 50 g
- lemon zest - 1 tsp.
- a few sprigs of basil
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the greens, dry and finely chop them. Add cheese, zest and cranberries to the greens and mix until smooth.
2. Spread the mixture evenly on the pita.
3. Carefully form a roll, wrap in clingfilm and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes. Before serving, cut into portions.
