Choose egg yolks, milk, or sour cream if you want to make a delicious dessert without baking, flour, or dough. These can be used to make a light, delicate dessert that can be eaten in a few hours.
On Instagram, cook Svitlana shared a recipe for a delicious dessert made from milk, gelatin, and sour cream.
Ingredients:
- Gelatin 20 g + 100 ml of cold milk
- Egg yolks – 3 pcs.
- Sugar – 70 g
- Milk – 200 ml
- Vanilla sugar – 1 package
- Sour cream – 350 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour gelatin with milk, mix, and leave to swell.
2. Mix the egg yolks and sugar until smooth. Pour in the milk, stir, and boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add gelatin, stir, and leave to cool slightly.
3. Add vanilla sugar to the sour cream and pour in the egg mixture, mix until smooth.
4. Pour into a mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
